Immediate opportunity as a Lithium-Ion Support Engineer for our USA Lithium After Sales Department.
The role will focus in repairing and maintaining our Li-ON products. Moreover, supporting partners and customers should be a part of Service Support Engineer daily job. On top of that, the role offers hands-on experience, testing and service documentation -reporting in our USA Engineering group, as well as cooperation with the other departments in Europe as needed.
Key responsibilities:
Maintains – Repairs on Li-ON products.
Operates Monitoring & adjustment remotely.
Act as a USA remote Support partner for our customer
Helps with service training of partners and customers.
Follow up claims and operation.
Provides reporting and suggestions for improvement
Oversees account performance according to KPIs.
Cooperates with other departments for the continuous improve of products.
Job requirements
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical Power, Electronics, Automation-Communications)
2-3 years of relevant experience (ideally in industrial sector)
