We are seeking an accomplished Director of Product Marketing to lead strategy and execution for our data center power solutions portfolio. This role demands a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in hyperscale and colocation data center markets, and a proven track record of working with UPS OEM manufacturers and resellers. The successful candidate will excel at translating complex product capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to accelerate growth in North America and global markets.
Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.
Plan, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence.
Manage marketing initiatives targeting hyperscale, collocation, and enterprise data center customers.
Conduct competitive product reviews to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning, delivering insights to shape product strategy.
Oversee trade show and industry event participation, from strategy and booth design to vendor coordination and lead capture.
Direct digital marketing programs, including web advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Build a strong business-focused social media presence to engage key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Develop impactful marketing assets—presentations, case studies, white papers, and video content—ensuring technical accuracy and persuasive messaging.
Collaborate with internal and external design resources for ad creation and graphic design projects.
Partner with sales, product management, and engineering to ensure market feedback informs both the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare KPI reports, and optimize programs
for maximum ROI.
Willingness to travel (<25%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and site support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in product-focused marketing within the data center, UPS, or power systems industries.
Proven expertise in hyperscale and colocation markets, including strong OEM/reseller relationships.
Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Demonstrated success in trade show and event management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including web advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy for technical products.
Ability to oversee or directly contribute to graphic design projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and position complex technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
